Creator earnings depend on factors outside our control, and outcomes such as account reinstatements, stream-key grants, and content distribution are decided by TikTok, not by us. Any working relationship between you and us is governed by the separate agreement we sign with you, which prevails over anything stated here.

Sparked Live Network Inc. is an independent company operating as a TikTok LIVE Creator Network partner. TikTok is a trademark of its respective owner.

Applications

Submitting an application does not create a relationship between us, and we may decline any application. Information you give us must be accurate; we rely on it. Invitations to join our roster are issued only through TikTok's official LIVE Backstage system.
